How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours, depending on airflow and humidity. Running fans and the AC speeds it up.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small items, breakables, and anything on the floor. We can move light furniture.
Can you get out every stain?
Most, yes. Some stains like bleach, dye, and long-term pet urine can permanently change carpet fibers or the pad. We will tell you honestly before we start.
What counts as a room?
A room is up to about 250 sq ft. Large open areas count as two rooms.
Do you treat pet odors?
Yes. Our enzyme treatment is $40 per room, or 3 rooms for $100.
