Pricing
Online prices are for normal residential soiling. A room is up to about 250 sq ft; larger rooms and open floor plans count as two rooms. Prices are before sales tax, which is added to your invoice.
Heavy soiling and pet damage
If we find heavy soiling, pet urine, or other conditions beyond a normal cleaning, we will show you before starting and agree on any added cost with you. No extra work is done without your approval.
Stains and results
We remove most stains, but some (bleach, dyes, rust, and long-term pet damage to the pad) can be permanent. We can't guarantee removal of every stain.
Preparing for your appointment
Please clear small items and breakables from the floor. We need access to water and electricity.
